Where is the voltage regulator?

After about 15 seconds after starting the engine the indicator shows the alternator is not
working.

Voltage regulator is in the altinator. Its the insert wiring piece you plugin the alt its a 2" black plastic chip that regulates your out put charge

In the alternator. Replace it.. I personally have one with 270,000 miles on it. Works fine as well as a/c and starter

I have a 2003 Buick lasbara it starts but 10 yo 15 min the inderkter cone on saying it not charging why could someone help me
