where is the computer for the 2004 Buick Le Sabre

no electrical power to car not batter and not  cables power to fuse/relay panels

Inside the intake where your air filter is located. Take that bil black box apart. Be carful with the wire harness for the are worth more than the car.

Sorry for the typos. Inside the big black breather box containing the air filter. Be aware the wires are frail more than likely with age. If any are exposed tape or replace. The harness is around 2,200 (dealer exclusive part). Good luck!!

You can get a preprogrammed in on eBay. They need your vin number. It comes with easy install instructions and they run around 100$
