1992 Buick park Avenue blinker problem

My left turn signal works but my right one only comes on when I turn the blinker
on and it doesn't blink,  all it does is stay on. how can I fix this?

Current loads are wrong on the right side, Check the bulbs for crossconnect, wiring for bad grounds and for bad or badly corroded sockets.

Most likely it's a burned out light bulb. Put your four way flashers on and walk around the car. Whichever one is not flashing is the bad bulb. Jim
