My car is running lean i changed the 02 sensor the mass airflow and fuel filter and I fit the vacuum leak what else can be wrong

Could possibly be the fuel pump itself or clogged injectors. You could rule out the fuel system itself by running a series or fuel pressure tests. Two main culprits of running lean, either 1)not enough fuel and 2) vacuum leaks allowing unmetered air into the system.
