I am a bit confused about the question. If the you mean by driver info as speedometer and tachometer and fuel gauge and then climate control as temperature, fan etc as all working I'm not sure what you mean. What dash lights are working? And the lights are light by a led. When you start the car, do you see a series of yellow lights cycle then go out? And after your engine is running if you don't buckle your seat belt, is there a red light at the bottom right of your instrument cluster that stays on until you buckle the seat belt? Try taking the headlight pull out knob and turn it all the way to the right. If that doesn't help anything please answer the other questions.
