Did it run before you changed the plugs and wires? If so go back over your work as you may have left something unplugged.

Yes it did run before I changed the plugs and wires and I did re- check all my work...Could have a sensor went bad while I was changing the plugs and wires and do you have any idea what sensor it could be ?

It was definitely the fuel pump...I took the back seat out and removed the cover over the fuel pump and I cleaned the two electrical plugs and then I took a small hammer and tapped on top of the fuel pump and it started right up...Thanks for your help...
