Traction Control is loud when driving on the highway vehicle has new tires what is wrong

Dealer said it was the traction control and it should be on at all times noise is very loud going down the highway has new tires what else could be the problem.

Sounds like the dealer didn't want to mess with this. Traction control theoretically shouldn't have any sound at all. Take this to another dealer.
