Start the car. It should stop the alarm. I see it's a 1992, an aftermarket alarm?

If factory alarm like my 91 gt the switches in the doors are probably bad. If it is factory use key to open trunk or passenger door if those switches are good this should disarm it. I ended up having to by pass door switches just to be able to lock my car. No alarm now tho

Sorry don't know about after market systems. They probably not tied into trunk like the factory ones. Good luck.

Is it controlled by key fob? If so is battery in it still good? Just an after thought.

I had the same problem with my 97 Riviera where the alarm was triggered when I opened a door and would not respond to the fob attemting to turn it off. It turned out to be a poor connection on the Battery. Once I fixed the connection the problem went away.
