95 roadmaster squeals when a/c is turned on or squeals worse when I turn the wheel while a/c is on while car is stoped. Doesnt do it as bad while car is moving n doesnt squeal at all when a/c is off??

Belt tensioner weak. When you turn on A/C or turn car you are putting a load on the belt. but because the tensioner is weak the belt slips and squeals. Check the condition of the belts as well when replacing the tensioner. They might be damaged from the slipping.
