I own a 1992 RS camaro...Factory 5-speed.. what is the spec on the horsepower from the factory

Hello Horsepower is estimated at 140, and torque is estimated at 185 lb-ft. Best of luck! CarGrrl

Hey stebo-- For your 1992 Camaro, if you have the 3.1L V6 your horsepower is 140. If you have the 5.0L V-8 the horsepower is 205. Drive safely either way. Good luck from Bovan.

The 1992 camaro RS with the base V8 305 engine had 170 horsepower and 255 pounds of torque stock .

Actually the 305 is rated at 170hp which I believe is underrated with 230ft lbs of torque and mine is getting about 25-30 mpg
