92 camero z28 turns over but wont fire ul

Car turns over but no fire. I have changed
plugs and wire cap and button

First question would be did it run prior to changing the cap and wires? If so you could have the wires not in the correct positions. Check to see if your getting spark first. Pull the #1 plug, connect it back into the plug wire and ground it to the block and have someone turn the car over. If there is spark the cap is good. The firing order is not correct. If it didn't run. need to check spark and if it's getting gas to the carb. Fuel pump most likely. Good luck
