2007 Tundra SR5 5.7 O2 codes

Asked by Waterboy45661 Nov 18, 2018 at 12:42 AM about the 2007 Toyota Tundra SR5 5.7L Double Cab 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 07 Tundra was throwing 2 codes po138 and po158 down stream o2
sensors so I changed them drove for 20 miles later the codes came back. Any
answers? Please help.

Probably the Air fuel ratio sensor . There known for going bad and setting off those 2 codes. Seen it on another forum before for Toyotas

Buy online at 10% of what dealer charges. Same thing

These are maintenance and should be changed out at major service intervals

Upper A/F sensors. Lower oxygen sensors. Should be 4 total. 2/2
