my 1992 cavalier leaks fuel from the charcoal canister. what is going on?

The canister is saturated with fuel. It is only designed to store vapors and only for a period of time. There is a concern with the canister's system, either from the tank itself or from the purge solenoid(s), vacuum lines, or wiring to the purge solenoid. Have it replaced and the system repaired soon. Potential fire hazard.
