Will a 572 bbc fit in a 2500 97 chevy

Yes it will fit but you will be upgrading everything else to handle that much power. Suspension, rear axle, cooling system, brakes etc.
And about how much power could I get from it and what kind of transmission I could go with I like a standard 5 speed and on the fitting under the hood will it fit on the frame or will I hhave to push it out
The hood clearance would depend on what intake system you select. As far as power the sky is the limit. 600hp would be easy with a very mild build but 1,000 streetable HP is in reach. Clearly the transmission will need to be rated for massive torque so do your homework. I hope you have deep pockets!
Will I have to mess with the frame being able to hold it
No but with enough power you might want to reinforce the frame. You do know that your model truck had an optional 454 which externally is the same size? I hope you have 30-40 grand for this project (for starters).
So it all depends on how much hp I got if I have to reinforce the frame
You really need to educate yourself before undertaking such a project.
Do you even have a 572 BBC or the funds to get one? Do you have a transmission or the funds to get it? Do you have any experience in engine work and engine swaps? Do you realize that the cooling system will need to be upgraded, the exhaust system will need to be fabricated, the driveshaft will likely have to be custom made, the engine electronics will need to be figured out, etc. etc. etc.? Best of luck with it.
I have the funds to get one and understand all the work a specific stuff in need to do this the frame was the only qwestion and will it fit in the truck
I wouldn't think the frame strength would be a concern. Will it bolt in without much difficulty? That is a question I can't answer.
