Transmission problem

I have a 94 3/4 ton chevy Cheyenne the
transmission shifts from 1-2 then acts like it
goes in neutral...what could be the problem
an couldn't it be a simple fix?

I am going to recommend something to you but it comes with no promises add some Lucas Transmission Stop Slip worked for me when tranny was acting up but first have you tried changing the transmission fluid and filter ?

Sounds like your 3-4 clutches are shot, if you have a 4l60e. Idk if it's as common on the 4l80e.

No I haven't changed the fluid or filter yet....an yes it's the 4l60e...I was thinking their shot to..thanks
