Could be a cracked coil, bad wires, or bad cap and rotor. If there is anything wrong with these moister get in. Ignition systems do not like moister.

What you could do in the mean time is to get a spray can of Silicon, and after a drive so the engine has heated up, it dries the moister out. Spray the spark plug wires, the coil, and distributor cap. This would help insulate the electrical from the moister.
