They're the same generation of body style so your chances are good although minor modifications may be required. My advice to you is take measurements around the the windshield and the edges where it meets the door pillar, a piece of string tied strait across could act as a point of reference. I'm a big user of cardboard templates myself, they take awhile to make well but I've never had one let me down for things like what you're wanting to do or making a custom panel, they're light and flexible and are easily expanded with packing tape. You should use whatever ecu is matched to your engine but if you try the 95 and all is well (If not better) then at the very least you have one known good working spare which is very valuable to have for diagnosis and repair sometimes. That's saved my bacon before, good thing I like to hoard spare parts! Lol
