I have a 99 chevy 5.7 engine reads 55-60 fuel pressure, getting spark to #1 cylinder, but wont start, i removed the intake to check spider injector were fireing on rotation, they are, stumped

Any check engine light? Have you had it scanned for codes? Have you replaced any parts?

No scans yet ,the truck was running fine then I parked it for a few months.when I went to start it this what I got,let me get a scanner to check,no new parts yet,simply trouble shooting
Could be a bad cam or crank sensor, but I would scan if first before replacing parts.
