99 CHEVY C20 350 VORTEC BATTERY WENT DEAD, STARTER WAS FRIED, R&R STARTER AND CHARGED BATTERY FULLY. NOW IT WILL NOT TURN OVER WITH NEW STARTER ON IT AND FULL CHARGE. PLEASE HELP BARRY

is it clicking at all???do you have power to the starter solenoid wire down there..and to the starter battery post..did you try and jump the solenoid down at the starter.did you check the flywheel/starter gear for the paper clip size clearance??
First make sure the motor is spinning over freely put a socket on the crank bolt with an extension and ratchet turn to the right if motor spins you need to check out starter even if it is new or battery.
It's possible battery is fried after it being dead for a time.
