Check your fuel pump pressure and your wiring going to the coil packs...
There is only 1 coil. If your fuel pressure is good then you need to replace the Spider injector. Do you know what had high voltage for cylinder 1 and 4? Injector maybe?
It ran rough so I did tune up then it not run so I changed cam sensor it has code saying 1 and 4 cylinder voltage to high
