How do I fix

I have changed roder ,cap,fuel pump,pickup coil
,and crank senor

Do you have spark or not? If not what you missed is the Ignition Control Module in the distributor. If this is a 4.3L engine and the ICM doesn't do it for you then a fuel pressure bleed down test would be in order which verifies that the fuel injectors, spider lines, and fuel regulator are not leaking. Fuel pressure should not drop off more than 5 lbs. in 3 min. once pressure is built up on the gauge, and the key in the off position.
