well, it means exactly what you have here. P0141 and p0155 are usually bad o2 sensors, on occasion it can just be a wiring issue. Lean bank 2, hmm could be a vacuum leak, could be dues to the o2 sensor. p0300, random missfire, your fuel injector assemble is the first suspect but could also be a vacuum leak or bad plugs. p0719 is the input to your torque converter clutch, either wiring, brake light switch or the TCC lockup solenoid
thanks guys. i'll let you how thing go.
Engine size is 4.3 litre v-6

It's a 5.7 vortec need help on it though
p0174 fuel trim system lean bank 2 p0300 engine misfire detected. P0300 has been set due to the first code. P0174---The MAF (Mass Air Flow) Sensor is dirty or faulty. Note: The use of "oiled" air filters can cause the MAF to become dirty if the filter is over-oiled. There is also an issue with some vehicles where the MAF sensors leak the silicone potting material used to protect the circuitry. There could be a vacuum leak downstream of the MAF sensor.
