Will a 6.0 fit a 1997 Chevy z71 with a 5.7

It would physically fit but you would have to deal with all the engine control and smog system issues. Not a "bolt in" if that is what you want. Check out this connect and cruise engine. https://www.chevrolet.com/performance/crate-engines/l96

What sorts of issues will I have? Do I need the cmp from the 6.0 vortec or can I use the one on 5.7 vortec
