I have a 1995 Chevy Silverado that the front caliper on the passenger side locks up

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1995 Chevy Silverado that the front caliper on the passenger side locks up. I have
replaced two calipers. The first because I thought for sure it was the caliper and the
second because I thought I had purchased I bad one from the auto parts store. Then I
observed the third one lock up after I installed it and bled the line. During this process I
have also replaced the master cylinder. What am I over looking or doing wrong?

I visually inspected the lines during the caliper install and did not see any visible signs of deterioration to the exterior of the lines. Could the collapsed line condition not be visible when visually inspecting?

The rubber brake line is collapsed on the inside of the hose. Press brake pedal -- when caliper is locked undo the hose from caliper if caliper releases then replace the hose. I fought one doing this for days. Hose would not let the pressure off the caliper due to the inside of the hose being collapsed and stopping the flow.
