Hey James, sorry I haven't ben back, I had some computer problems. The flashers will flash until you hit the break peddle, then they stay on. The rear upper bulb is just a running light. The next bulb down is running & break light, 3057 bulb. You have all the bulbs light up in the rear when running lights are on. Stepping on the break and the flashers stay lit tells me the break switch is working. So for some reason you are not getting power to the break light filament. You need a simple test light 12 ground to power, (light will light up when a circuit is made) I put the ground on anything & probe a known power source to make shure light is working on the tester. There is an electrical plugin in the back under neath take it apart and have running lights on to find that wire, and need to have break peddle depressed some how to send power to the back end (break lights) Need to know if power is getting to the back end, if so, look forward toward and maybe the light socket itself is bad, if no power from break switch to the rear you need to trace back to find the problem, This is what I would do, but best guess is that the break switch is working since the break light comes on, on the cab. It is probably the light socket, or a corroded connection (plugin or light socket)
