Question type: General

I have a 94 Chevy 1500 that won't start unless you put fuel
in the carb, it's got a 4.3 tbi and I replaced the throttle body
and the fuel pump relay and fuel pump and can't get it to
start without feeding it fuel myself

Being an obvious fuel delivery problem, also check your fuel pump fuse, fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter and finally the fuel pressure at the throttle body. Has to be one of those.

If the fuel pump runs and the filter is not clogged you can verify the regulator is okay if you can measure about 12 psi fuel pressure at the throttle body. Since there is not Schrader valve hook up, you might be able to disconnect a fuel line and put a gauge on it somehow. Since it won't run on it's own, I would say there is no fuel pressure at the throttle body, so start with verifying the pump runs, and the fuel filter is not clogged.
