Change the heads to vortec and cam and intake and you will have 350hp+

215 but with a cam, intake, double hump/fuelie heads and rockers should be around 380hp

210 h.p. for a 350 TBI. I ported and polished my head's. Ripped the cat off and ran 3 inch pipe. And added a cold air intake. Running around 265 h.p. now I estimate.

Those old school double hunt feeling heads aren't the answer, the 96 and up vortec heads are the best flowing cylinder head Chevrolet ever made couple that with a hydraulic roller cam with the duration around 226 degrees at 50,000 tap it rise will get your engine up in the 350 horsepower range those heads will also give you a bump in compression because they have smaller Chambers.

You can buy brand new for tech heads from the summit racing for around $600 that's quite a bargain
