1993 Chevrolet C/K1500 ext cab Silverado, no running lights in rear.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have operating turn signals in the rear when I don't have my running lights on.  When the
running lights, head lights are on turn signals flash rapidly and I have no rear lights at all.    
Fuse is correct size, and not blown.  What am I looking for?
