Water leak

I have put new gaskets and had heads checked
and they are good  but still blows water out
exhaust what else could it be

Water can condense from the hydrobarbons in the exhaust as a normal byproduct (http://www.doityourself.com/stry/is-water-dripping-from-your-exhaust-pipe-normal), mind you this is only a small amount of condensation. If you are getting a LOT of water, and are seeing a loss of coolant, you should also check the intake gasket, or consider you may have a cracked water jacket in the engine. Again, unless you are seeing a loss of coolant as well, I wouldn't get too concerned over some water dripping from a tail pipe.
