i have a 92 chevy truck 350 tbi exhaust glowing red changed o2 sensor checked exhaust its not clogged up any ideas

that is usually from you having a clogged catalytic converter.
We had old Dodge patrol cars in the late 70s and early 80s that had cat problems. After a shift at night most of them had a red glow from the cat and exhaust pipes getting so hot, it turned red. We had to replace them often. They have modernized and upgraded them since then, but they still wear out. Best bet is to get a less restrictive after market cat that will improve your HP and mileage at the same time.
