It depends on the type of plugs you are using, each brand spec a different tightness...

I never seen anybody torque a spark plug. It would be very light like no more than 10 ft.lbs. You just lightly snug them up. Careful not to put pressure on the porcelain stem as you could crack it and cause a miss.
I guess there is a chart. Not changing my ways tho...
Use anti-seize on the plugs when you install them and snug them up by hand.

The only reason I’ve found to torque a spark on a old Chevy is to gauge what 10 or however many pounds feels like so you can get them all close enough. And it only takes the one that’s easiest to get to.
