2007 Camry

My son drove the Camry 2007 said at Hwy
speeds it started slowing down slower and
slower till it stopped was very low on
Antifreeze. Towed car home and can't even
get car to start. Car turns over but very slow.
Did look at timing chain it still there and in
good shape.

More than likely have valve damage in the head from running low coolant,this would explain the slow turn over valves are bent.
