I noticed when checking my oil that there was dried coolant on the inside of the engine in a few different areas, looked like it shot out from plastic tank over flow. Any idea what might be wrong? I checked radiator and it was full. I live in a very hot area of the country.

could of been thrown up by the drive belt from the water pump.
does the drive belt from water pump need replaced then ?
I was just throwing out a possible cause. You need to have it properly diagnosed.
