I always start with the under carriage where suspension parts are , if that's rusted out then the rest of the car hardly matters ,

Do I need to take to auto care to check that. I really don’t have experience

As long as the frame & running gear is decent, you got a very good deal, I have an '09 Camry LE, w/ 80k, have been offered $8500 by a local dealership
