2007 Toyota Camry

My 07 Toyota Camry keeps over heating . only one
of the fans blow and the other does not even when
the A/C is on. Can this be the cause of a fuse being
blown?

Do you notice any warning lights ON or Flashing when the engine is running? How about the AC INDICATOR light?
