Need replace starter intrupt relay

Need to replace starter interrupt relay with OEM Toyota starter relay. On  2007 Toyota
camry. My question is where is the starter intrupt relay located?

The starter relay should be in the fuse box under the hood. Are you trying to bypass the anti-theft?

No, the battery shorted out and now the only way to crank it is cross it out under the hood . I'm trying to find the starter relay or whatever fuse is blown you got any suggestions
