Toyota Camery; what is right ABS module replacement?
Asked by Shawn Dec 14, 2016 at 10:54 AM about the 2007 Toyota Camry SE
Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I have a Toyota Camry 2007 SE 4 cylinder without traction control. My VIN is
4T1BE46U152007. I was told my replacement must coincide with the fifth digit
of my VIN. How can I confirm the ABS module replacement that I have (when I
find one) will function with my car properly?

Call Toyota Dealer for correct part#....price and availability.
Have you considered a Factory Service Bulletin search for this Make/Model/Year? I seem to remember several SB requiring a RE-Flash of the Computer for ABS issues.
I intended to grab the part from a scrapped Camry at a junkyard or online. My car has got about 162,000 miles on it. I seriously doubt it'll qualify for any service bulletins.
Shawn.....have you resolved the issue with this vehicle?
I’m having the same issue, can this be replaced at home?
