Is it possible to get financing options for crate
engines? I have a camaro I'm wanting to put a v8 in
but don't want to build the motor myself and don't
have a lot of money to buy the crate engine in full

Well if you buy it on a credit card you're technically "financing" it. I see some crate engine makers have advertisements for financing their products, what sort of terms you would get is up to them. Summit has their own CC you can apply for for some financial incentives (their "SpeedCard") it's through Synchrony Bank in NY, has an APR of 29.99% (!) If this is a hobby then just don't do it. Pay cash and keep it simple. I can see dropping a 10K crate motor in a 30K custom, but not in a 91 Camaro. Plenty of used V8's out there, talk to local shops about any built motors they might have ready to go.
If you own your home you might be able to pull equity out of it or use a credit card.
