How can I remove a broken bolt to my alternator for a Chrysler town and country minivan 2001 3.8 V6

The bottom bolt that goes to my alternator on my Chrysler town and country minivan kid
broken a part of it is stuck in there how can I get it out

remove surrounding hardware and maybe a vise grip after spraying with kroil or blaster, otherwise weld a nut to it, or a small chisel and hammer around lightly,drill and easyout, that's impossible no doubt with engine in car. consider this bolt is loose as it is unstressed
