I have a 2001 & 2003 Town & Country parts interchangeable with each other?

I need to know if I can use the Tie Rods and TIMP Fuse from the 2003 to the
2001?

I think a fuse is fairly " generic " , if the #'s match then you should be O.K. As far as the tie rods you can shop on line for both and see if the same part comes up , but tie rods aren't really a salvage part , you should go new . I wouldn't go to wikipedia for dog house plans .
