Are ABS brakes standard on the 1991 Chevrolet Caprice Classic? If they are not working properly does a light come on on the dashboard?

Yes it has ABS brakes. I have owned a 91 caprice LTZ for 20 years,its the Caprice that won Motor Trends Car of the Year Award..I just checked the instrument panel .When you turn the key to START the word BRAKE lights up in red on the far right of the panel with 2 small circles in red under or above the word in red "BRAKE" I hope I was helpful.
