Can adding a Led light bar cause the Cruise Control to quit on a 2006 GMC Canyon

This is for the brake, taillight, turn signals, and backup lights. Wires into trailer light plug and backup light

What one diode for each function? What can I do to get my Cruise Control to start working again. I didn't know you couldn't just hook this up and it was working before I added this.

Yeah I unplugged the trailer plug but not the one line I had to tie in I think is backup but so far still not working. I'll pull tail light and disconnect and see what happens
