Make sure battery has a full charge, battery cables and connections all good. Check your charging system. Some of the national brand auto stores will check all this for you. Any applicable trouble codes? Your obd 1, you should be able to check some codes, yourself, if there are any?

All the wires and connections were checked and okayed, when I had trouble before(not the same thing) the codes were 12 35 and 44 we replaced the ignition coil module and it ran perfect after but it was a few miles an hour off the actual speed limit as it still is, I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it

I need you or somebody to do some testing, battery and charging system? I need voltage numbers on those systems, at present. I need present trouble codes, if there are any? code 12, usually means it's in diagnostic mode. code 35 is iac. idle air control. code 44 is 02 sensor circuit. You can clean iac and throttle body to see if it helps? When you open throttle, it bypasses idle.
