I have a 2001 gmc sierra SLE, just curious as to if I could put a 350ci and put a stroker kit in it? And if I can put a carbureted engine in, if so am I better off staying with fuel injected or?

what engine do you have now? if the 4.8, then swap to 5.3 or 6.0. there are lots of performance parts for the 5.3. way easier than swapping to the 350 that never was designed for this vehicle.
