2002 Jaguar X type Temp Gauge is not working, I have changed sensor and have coolant what else can help???

temp gauge is not working, Have changed sensor and radiator fans, still showing hot but
not running hot how can I fix the problem??

replace the gauge. doesn't seem to be working
