Both upstream sensors? Then the sensor was not the issue. It could be the wiring to the sensor or another problem with the fuel management system that the O2 is detecting a problem. Further diagnosis is required.

on the upper sensor 3 of the wires have power 1 strong and 2 weak is that norm
