I pulled this off a Jaguar forum "Those codes mean that the engine is
running lean on both banks of cylinders. A common cause of this is a
vacuum leak. I had that, and solved it by changing the IMT o-rings, PCV
hose, and brake booster hose. The only one of these parts that is
somewhat expensive is the brake booster hose, which is around $100;
the others are quite cheap. There are other possible causes, but these
are common. I never did figure out which was the culprit in my case, I
just changed them all and the problem went away. It took me less than
an hour to do the job, and I am slow!"
I have also heard that the leak is usally in the brake booster itself.
Good luck
