my jag vanden plas 1995 was in storage for 3 years. now i have a problem on the road runs only 15 mph how can I fix it? and what's the problem?

Did you get all the bad gas out before you started it up for the first time? Add a can of sea foam as you fill it with good gas(chevron with techron). This will help remove all the condensation and clean the fuel system. I would also check the spark plugs for issues along with checking the air filter. Sometimes condensation will build up on them during an extended sitting as yours has been.
