hi, my jaguar xj8 wont start, failsafemode, gearbox fault and traction lights on, any ideas anybody

buy a NEW battery. Clean the connection where the ground 1/0 cable meets the chassis ground---(i.e. fender, support) use a wirebrush so that 300 cold cranking amps gets through...also the 300 CCA strap that connects to the engine...you see all these warnings and such are because we are feeding the ECU "brown power" which has no Amperage...no Guts and reduced varying voltages....put it right by putting new stuff in there....buy a new cable if that end we need to connect is crumbly and impossible to connect reliably~

use a gardenhose to cancel any acid fumes from getting in your eyes and on your skin...safety goggles if you've got them and rubber gloves to protect the skin would be advised~
