2001 Jaguar XK8. Changed Battery. Can%27t get %22telephone %22code%22 to clear from radio. Can%27t access radio%2C DVD and can%27t access GPS

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Changed battery. Can't clear "code" from radio screen. Cant access radio/DVD and can't access GPS / Map. only gets clock on screen. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting battery. disconnected neg cable and touched to positive terminal/cable, switch off. No change.
Window and steering wheel memory are working.

CONTACT JAGUAR WITH SERIAL NUMBER,THEY SHOULD HAVE THE CODE TO BACK INTO RADIO SO ACCESSORRIES WORK........aaacar
